So we were invited by our friend Ileana to her beach house at a private, restricted beach. It was a ton of fun and I wish we would have stayed longer than two days. I could have stayed all summer. Here are some pictures:

Not sure why my letters are underlined, but it won't come off. Oh well, it doesn't matter. The beach is prett huh? The waves were ridiculous all day...kinda scary, but don't worry I still swam. But the pink clouds are reflecting off of the beach, which is PRETTY!
Huge toad, no? I guess these humungous toads secrete poison from their skin so that if you touch it, you'll get burned. I nearly touched it, but then Eliana screamed at me not to:) haha. We also had a bat in our room. I showed it to Eliana because she is freaked out by small critters, and she had someone come get it out of our room. The guy who took it out KILLED IT!!!! How awful!! I was so sad for the poor bat. Now he's in bat heaven.
These are our new friends. The first picture is Andrew, Mario, Me, Eliana, and Orlando. The bottom picture is of the girls: me, Iliana, and Eliana (I THINK that's how they spell their names. They had pretty much the same name, but different...I couldn't really tell...and ps- can we say SHORT LEGS?? Woah, I had forgotten about my "short leg syndrome" until I looked at this picture. And then I was reminded by how stinkin long my torso is and how short my legs are. Oh well. I am special).
Eliana is from Brazil and is freaking sweet. I loved hanging out with her because she was so talkative and entertaining. PLus she was really open and talked about ALL sorts of stuff, including religion. Actually, Andrew and I had a ton of religion talk this weekend. Anyway, so she was sweet and she let me use her ipod so I could listen to her music in Portuguese and we're going to talk on Skype someday. Haha:) She was way cool.

Dang girl! That is like your very own paradise. How fun! So, how do you know Iliana? Maybe she'll invite you back before you leave. It looks amazing and I'm completely jealous! OCMD just won't be the same when we go this week. :(
Wow! That looks like a really sweet place to vacation for the weekend! It's totally well deserved though... you guys have been working hard! Glad to hear you're finding time to do fun things during your free time!
Ok, that toad is GROSS! I'm glad you didn't touch it. That's so awesome that you got to hang out at a private beach, it really looks like a beautiful place!
