So I did my first, kind-of-real photo shoot yesterday!! Woooo:) Haha. A guy that Andrew works with asked if I would be willing to take pictures of him and his family for their Christmas cards. I said yes (offf courssee!!) and we went to Castle Park (same place I took Kait and Skylar...I know, I'm really creative). The dad's name is Paul, his wife is Krista and his son is Paul also...well his name is actually Amos Paul the 4th (his dad is Amos Paul the 3rd...and so on), so sometimes they call him cuatro. Or so Andrew tells me. Haha:) I like it!! Anyway, so I had a lot of fun, but it was hard too because little Paul was a livewire. He loved to be down and definitely didn't want to be sitting or held for pictures. We made the most of the situation and got creative:) Haha...I totally have to practice being a phtographer, though!! I hardly knew what to do, but the couple was awesome and helped out a lot. And so did Andrew and Lauren (they were my moral support). Overall, I had a really fun time and took a trillion pictures. I pretty much just held the shutter button down the whole time to make sure I got some good pictures of little cuatro smiling. I'll post a few of the ones that I like the best.
so here is cuatro and mom...she was amazing. She ran with him ALLLL over the place to make him laugh and smile. Haha:) I think she had more energy than him!! AND she wasn't even tired after running/jumping all over. AND you can't even tell in the pictures. Impressive.
I'm not necessarily wild about this picture, but it's a cute standard picture.
antique-colored pictures just look so much better!!
different picture, same place, in color...farther away
This is right before he decided he didn't want to take pictures being held
so they swung him up the stairs. This is a pretty busy picture. I like the idea of it. it's a cute scene, but the original picture had a ton of overexposed parts. I tried to make it work, but I'm not sure it does
he is just really really really cute
so I had to add some wall in this picture. Haha:) I hate having to use the "clone" button.
He was okay being held when we first arrived (these next few pictures are some of the first taken)
maybe I should have taken out the leg in this picture. But like I said earlier, I hate using the clone tool. It takes forever and this is still a cute picture even if the leg is there. But this was taken RIGHT after he got out of the car and started walking on the grass. He was really happy and REALLY cute. Oh man, I hope I have kids that cute someday.
what a doll...i just wish the dag-on sun reflection-spot thing wasn't right on his face!
almost the same picture...the exact same dumb sun spot
so I messed with the graduated filter tool to make the colors so bright. It makes it look cool...unrealistic, I suppose (since it is November after all...I mean, when does it ever look that colorful after Thanksgiving??)
nothing beats a mother's love
he's in the middle of getting up off of the grass...haha. I love his dimples.
Last, but not least...I thought I'd take a picture of the two of them while Andrew ran around with Cuatro for a minute.
So...there you have it. I feel bad that I don't have as many pictures of the the Paul's together. I have plenty of Krista and little Paul, but not of big Paul and little Paul. Next time...when I'm better, I'll take their pictures again and spread the love between mom and dad. Sorry Paul!

Thank you for taking our pictures! I think you did a great job with the edits! I love the antique thing. Paul 3 really likes the walking on the steps one, even if it's a little busy. I love the one of me and Paul 4 and all the pictures of little Paul. Thanks for your hard work!
Great Pics, Krista is my sister and Quatro is my nephew (yes that makes Paul 3 my brother-in-law). I love to take pictures, but I'm not very good--one day I'd love to learn how to take good pictures, for now I'd just settle for learning how to use my camera!
Soooo cute Molly! You're turning into such a professional!
