Yes, you heard correctly...

I know you can't believe this, but I'm going to post a blog on my LIFE!! yyayy! How exciting!:) I actually have a motive behind posting today...which is to show the world that I can cook. Yes, ladies and gentleman, despite popular belief I have a little homemaker inside of me. About a week ago I had the urge to cook a meal. WOAH!! I had an URGE to make a meal???? It's true! And a good meal I did make. Mashed potatoes with barbaque (how do you even spell that?) chicken with pineapple on top. The chicken was placed into a bunch of barbeque (I think that's right) sauce and placed some pineapples on top (which I made andrew go out and buy for me because I decided that the chicken was a little too boring...it needed something sweet in it) and baked in the oven for a good little while, and it turned out quite delectable (again, a word I think I spelled wrong. Maybe i should just stick to the basics and spells words that I know). I think I put too much milk in the taters, but overall, it was a success. I have pictures to prove it.

food on the stove...mm, mm, mmmmm! I didn't use the teapot...it's the only place that I have room for it in my weenie apartment

YUM, man!! YYYUUMMM! I know you want some now

Andrew's plate...he was clearly more hungry than me. heh

and yes, he loved the food. And loved that I made it for him while he was playing video games or watching basketball and I didn't bother him about it:) Win win situation, I guess. I think tonight I'm going to make another meal. Depends on how clean my counterspace is.

OH! AND, Merry Christmas everyone. I am so absolutely EXCITED and I can't wait for the holiday season to really kick in when Larissa and Brady and Easton come out!! And when finals are done! woo:) ANdrew and I put up our fake tree last night. It's actually not ours...Andrew's grandma gave it to us, so free is better than nothing...even if it is a fake tree. haha:) It's so 1970's!! It has the flashing colored lights that have flower-looking plastic surrounding them. AND there is a tinsel-y, brightly colored flashing star at the tip of the tree. Super cute. Haha:) I'll attempt to get some pictures of it and post them online. It's a hoot and our very first Christmas tree! :) Oh the memories.

Alright, that's it. ALSO, a little plug for my photography...well, not a plug, more like a plea....I want models!! I want to take pictures of some babies and families...and of course people who just want some pictures taken of themselves...I have to practice and I want to practice some indoor picture taking. (yes, I still have to buy an indoor photo-light bulb, but if I get someone to take a picture of, then I'll actually go get one rather than saying I'll get some...and I'd prefer to take pictures of little babies indoor because they'll be easiest to work with in my little apartment). SO, any volunteers are great!! Tell your friends!! Oh, and it's all very free.

Hot Dang! Look at you cooking up your meal. I ca't believe you used "weenie" on your blog. You might not get baby/children model volunteers with that kind of language. I'm headed promptly to send our laptop away, so this is the only comment you'll get until I see you probably. But, I love your new pics. We'll talk details later.

Christmas is coming, Larissa's getting fat (thanks to Aunt Grace's AMAZING Thanksgiving meal),...Yay for Christmas! 2 weeks from today we'll be in the very same state. :)
